REPLACE
The delivery is undertaken by the client.
Procedure:
Please contact us at ceo.megz.eu@abv.bg and our colleagues will be happy to organize the replacement for you.
You must take the shipment to post office or any other courier you want. And send it to Megz, city RAKOVSKI  (Plovdiv district), TELEPHONE - 00359897771334 poste code 4150
That is all.
When we receive the item, we will send the new item to you.

Please package the shipment with its original packaging to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged during delivery to us.

RETURN

Your amount will be refunded by bank transfer. Canceled charge will be replaced with a bank charge for processing the return 

The consumer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 working days from the date of its receipt. For this purpose, the product must be in its original packaging, without traces of use or violation of the commercial appearance of the product in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 (par. 1) of CPAA. After checking within 40 working days (by law), the buyer's amount is refunded or the product is replaced by up to 20 working days (by law). We usually try to refund and replace the item within 5 working days. In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the product is returned to the buyer who assumes all transportation costs. The replacement or return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer, unless an established defect in the item

For both procedures, we ask you a few things:
1. Removal or claim shall occur within 14 days of the date of receipt of the shipment.
2.Products to be returned or exchanged are those which have not undergone any treatment (washing, ironing, cutting and other actions violating their integrity, as well as removing labels)
3. The product must be returned to the address of the company and must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) and completed return / replacement form.
4. The form must be correct and legible

All shipments open before the sums are paid back. As soon as we are sure that the shipment meets the conditions, the amount will be paid back to you. Unfortunately, if the above conditions are not met, the claim will not be considered.
Unfortunately, articles made specifically for the customer - individual orders, extra production of exhausted items or items with changed color, size, style correction are not subject to return. You will receive our full assistance with the additional adjustment of these items until they become suitable for you, but because they are manufactured or adjusted specifically for our customers can not be returned.

Returns with returned goods that are damaged due to inappropriate packaging will be returned to the customer at his expense.
